Asalvo Panafix 360 Car Seat

The new Panafix car seat puts the spin on 360 car seats with its unique installation into your car.  This is a smart stylish car seat that does not compromise on safety.

This car seat is suitable from 40cm up to 150 (birth up to 12 years approximately), this a combination car seat that will grow with your child all the way up to approximately 12 years. The car seat can be rearward facing from 40 cm up to 105 (birth to 4 years approximately). The car seat can be forward facing using the car seat harness from 76cm up to 105cm (15mths up to 4 years approximately). Then the car seat will convert to a high back booster once the 5 -point harness is removed and it is forward facing from 100cm up to 150cm (4yrs up to 10/11year approximately) where it is fitted using the ISOFix connectors and the seat belt of the vehicle.

This car seat is fitted using the ISOFix connectors and the tether strap which is attached to the rebound bar. This allows for a full rotation of the car seat whether it is rearward or forward facing. The rebound bar allows for extra leg room for your baby and also allows for a more fluid rotation of the car seat when rotating, as the car seat will not touch your seat of the car. Unlike most 360 car seats this seat does not have a support leg which means it takes up less room in your car and look neater and smarter on the back seats. Plus, it frees up space in the rear foot well of the car for more bags or other essentials. More importantly if you have someone that needs to access the middle seat of the car as there is no support leg on this seat that would be in the way, the middle rear seat of the car can be accessed with ease.

How to use the Panafix 360 car seat:

This is a 3-stage car seat as follows:

Stage 1 (rearward facing)

·         40 cm to 105cm (approx. birth to 4 years)

·         Installation in Stage 1 – ISOFix connectors, top tether, newborn insert and padded harness

Stage 2 (rearward facing and forward facing)

·         76cm to 105cm (approx.15 months to 4 years)

·         Installation in stage 2 – ISOFix connectors and top tether and harness

·         Although the seat can be forward facing from 15 months, we recommend keeping your child rearward facing until 105cm (approx. 4 years) as it is much safer for your child.

·         The newborn insert can be removed once the child reaches 87cm

·         The headrest should be adjusted so that the shoulder harness is at the same level as the child’s shoulder

Stage 3 (forward facing)

·         100cm to 150cm (approx. 4 to 12 years)

·         Installation in Stage 3 – ISOFix and 3-point vehicle seat belt

·         The car seat 5 – point harness can be stowed away in the car seat for safe keeping.

·         The seat can now be used as a high back booster up 150cm (approx. 12 years)
