Digital Marketing Manager

Kings Baby Shop is seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth strategy. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the brand's digital presence across multiple channels. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on content creation, directly impacting our e-commerce performance on Shopify.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a deep understanding of the baby retail landscape, capable of crafting compelling narratives through video and photography while managing data-driven marketing campaigns. You will have the flexibility to shape your schedule within a 3-day work week, operating on a hybrid model to facilitate both focused strategy time and in-person content creation.

Key responsibilities 

 E-Commerce & Strategy

●      Take full ownership of the Shopify platform strategy to drive sales growth and improve customer user experience.

●      Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap aligned with company sales targets.

●      Liaise effectively with our external Google Ads agency to ensure paid search campaigns align with broader marketing goals and promotional calendars.

●      Analyse e-commerce metrics to identify trends, optimise conversion rates, and report on ROI.

Content Creation & Social Media

●      Plan, film, and edit high-quality video and photo content for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

●      Manage the social media calendar, ensuring consistent posting and engagement with our community of parents.

●      Showcase products creatively to highlight features and benefits suitable for our specific demographic.

Email & Paid Marketing

●      Design and implement email marketing automation flows and campaigns using Klaviyo.

●      Segment customer databases to deliver personalised content that increases retention and lifetime value.

●      Set up, monitor, and optimise Facebook Ads campaigns to acquire new customers and retarget site visitors.

Requirements 

●      Experience: Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, preferably within the retail sector.

●      Email Marketing: Proficiency in Klaviyo is mandatory. You must be able to demonstrate experience in building flows and campaigns.

●      Content Skills: Strong photography and videography skills are essential. You must be comfortable shooting and editing content for social media.

●      Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Shopify, Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram Ads), and Google Analytics.

●      Strategy: Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable digital marketing plans.

●      Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content copy and agency management.

Details

Part-time (3 days/week), permanent Hybrid (remote/on-site)

Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience

Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Part Time / Full Time Retail Sales Assistant. Kings Baby Shop are looking to recruit a Sales Assistant to join our team in our unique, market leading Baby store. So if you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales, have excellent communication skills and love all things baby

Ideal candidates should have;

 ● Strong selling skills with excellent customer service

● Self-motivation and be able to work independently as well as part of a team

● A positive and professional attitude

● Previous retail experience desirable but not essential

● Flexibility to cover store opening hours including Saturdays
