As Kings Baby Shower is all about celebration we have invited along our friend Beverly, practising midwife and founder of BM Hypnobirthing NI, to our Baby Shower on Saturday 3rdJune and answer any questions or queries parents-to-be may have around their pregnancy and birth.
Through Beverly’s role as a Hypnobirthing Practitioner she aims to assist mums-to-be and birthing partners to achieve a calm, gentle birth. Beverly offers birth preparation courses designed to teach pregnant women along with their birthing partner specific self-hypnosis using a variety of techniques to include relaxation, breathing, visualisations and much more that can be used during your birth.
Hypnobirthing encourages pregnant women to stay calm, build confidence and remain in control making their birth feel more comfortable and positive.
